About the buyer

House of Commons is the elected chamber of the UK Parliament, procuring through the Parliamentary Commercial Department, a shared service for both Houses. Smaller or less open competitions run through framework agreements, some set up by the department and some by bodies such as the Crown Commercial Service.

Upcoming larger procurements are flagged through individual pipeline notices.

Over the past 5 years, most of House of Commons's contract awards have been in business services, IT services and architectural and engineering services.
