Direct Award - LOT 3 TRANSPORTATION CONSULTANTS - SEWTAPS FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT - SEWTAPS Ref: 2025.02388 The Welsh Government used Lot 3 – Transportation Consultants of the SEWTAPS Framework utilising the direct award provision provided for within the framework. The Welsh Government have determined that AECOM have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver against the specification requirements. Undertaking the mapping of current roadside facilities in Wales for road freight. Objectives 1. To map the location of every Truck Road Service Area (TRSA) Motorway Service Area (MSA), Local Authority Truck Stop and Independent Lorry Stop in Wales Requirement • A set of CSV data outlining the location of each type of stoppage area. • Provide a summary of each facilities’ basic specifications, security features and driver facilities • While a basic map is desirable to be shared with stakeholders the priority is to produce quality data.
