Tender description

Delivery of a Link Worker Service across 3 defined clinical pathways in line with the requirements set out in Appendix A- Specification. Lot 1: An open tender procurement process was conducted to select a supplier for the delivery of link work services, in accordance with the requirements outlined in Appendix A - Specification.<br/><br/>The duration of the contract is two years plus a 3-month mobilisation period.
