Tender description
Procurement of a Principal Designer (CDM) Consultancy to review the refreshed DBNH RIBA Stage 3 project design and support delivery to RIBA Stage 7, to ensure the council meets its statutory duties as required by the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. The consultant will review designs and provide advice to the Council on health and safety considerations at the preconstruction phase and during delivery.
