About the buyer
Brent Council is a London borough council and local authority, running procurement through its own in-house corporate Procurement team. Lower-value contracts are generally sourced and managed directly by individual service departments across the council. Larger, higher-value contracts are instead led by the corporate Procurement team. A dedicated local supplier database lists smaller-value opportunities specifically for businesses based in the borough.
Over the past 5 years, most of London Borough of Brent's contract awards have been in health and social work, business services and construction work.
