Electrical Package., the program requires a 6 weeks per floor plus 4 for the penthouses (1st fix), plus 2nd fix timeframes of 4 weeks per floor, will be required to undertake a 40 week programme of works starting July 25 and Completing May26 Please note 1st fix works had already been completed and awarded non-compliantly, but due to water ingress and uncertainty of viability of the installation, the works require procuring compliantly and to the standard and specification required Keywords: New Build, Development, Installation, Electrical
