About the buyer
Scottish Prison Service is a non-departmental public body running Scotland's prisons, with its own dedicated procurement team. Tenders are advertised on Public Contracts Scotland, the national tender portal for public bodies in Scotland. Estates and technical services work runs through dedicated framework agreements for construction projects.
