Supplier to support our ambition to reduce harms of drugs and alcohol on the rough sleeping and homeless population and increase representation in support services and positive treatment outcomes, with a specific focus on tackling inequalities. This is completed by supporting service users to appointments to ensure they receive the appropriate support.
