Tender description
Landmarc is a leading facilities management company dedicated to providing the support services that enable our Armed Forces to prepare for the modern battlefield by maintaining and delivering safe infrastructure and support services that promote sustainable and effective military training. We are the first and only Special Purpose Vehicle to be contracted by the Ministry of Defence (MOD) as their Industry Partner on the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE) and the only company that is solely dedicated to the UK DTE, delivering essential support services since 2003. Our teams work closely with the MOD and key stakeholders to implement modern facilities management practices that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support the long-term viability of defence estates. As part of our commitment to provide rapid solutions to our customers' requirements, Landmarc is looking to invite new and prospective single and multi-discipline Design Consultancies the opportunity to bid and secure a place on our Design Framework. The framework term will initially be for 5 years with the option to extend in line with the TESC contract. Typical project values will range in value from £100k up to £10 million, with an overall estimated annual project programme turnover of £50 million. The current estimated value of design through our current design consultancy supply chain is set to exceed circa £4 million per annum. All expressions of interest should include a comprehensive company profile including CV's of your company's senior leadership team and include details of at least 3 specialist projects from within (or aligned/similar to) the defence sector. Landmarc is not obliged to respond to all enquiries and providing an expression of interest will not guarantee an invitation to tender.
