Technical Consultancy services for the Kilkenny City Centre Vibrant Streets West. Engagement of the services of a multi-disciplinary team to advance the preliminary design, detailed design, statutory planning requirements, enabling and procurement, construction and handover to complete the Kilkenny City Centre Vibrant Streets West scheme, including fulfilment of the PSDP role along with the procurement of specialist services and all other services as prescribed to complete the scheme.
