Tender description
The City is undertaking a pre-market engagement exercise for the Barbican Renewal Programme to establish the most appropriate route to delivering and managing the works associated with the various projects, and is considering adopting a Construction Management (CM) approach. The City seeks input from the contractor market to understand what might be the most attractive way of packaging and scoping a future procurement opportunity to deliver the project outcomes.
