Donegal County Council on behalf of Doneal County Enterprise Fund are seeking professional services to conduct a feasibility study for the development of new infrastructure to establish Donegal as a pioneer in reducing the carbon footprint of the enterprise base and accelerate the opportunities from the Green and Blue Economy.
