About the buyer
Citizen Housing Group Ltd is a housing association that provides more than 30,000 homes across the West Midlands region. Tenders above the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 thresholds are advertised through Find a Tender and Contracts Finder. Citizen manages everything from tender adverts to contract awards through In-Tend, its dedicated procurement portal. Suppliers can register their details and express interest in live opportunities on that portal. A published sourcing plan sets out current and upcoming tender opportunities ahead of each procurement round. Formal policies on modern slavery, anti-fraud and bribery sit alongside the group's procurement process.
£434bn was the total UK public sector procurement spend in FY 2025/26.
Over the past 5 years, most of Citizen Housing Group Ltd's contract awards have been in construction work, architectural and engineering services and business services.
