Tender description
The project comprises the creation of a new Enterprise/ Office building to include the partial demolition of the former Ritz Cinema, with restoration and refurbishment works to the existing Ritz Entrance block, construction of a new 2 and 3-storey extension with link bridge and all associated site works.
