Hampshire County Council is the lead contracting authority, with the framework available for use by the following contracting authorities: Hampshire County Council, the Isle of Wight Council and Reading Borough Council. The Framework Agreement is due to commence on 1st January 2026 and will be for a period of 4 years to 31st December 2029.
