The London Borough of Bromley’s Early Years Service is seeking the market’s view on the proposed route to outsource the Community Vision Nursery. Whilst seeking the market’s view is not mandatory, the information gathered during this stage is valuable to us to assess the market’s capacity and develop the next stage in the procurement process.
