Leicester City Council face increasing challenges in managing traffic congestion, ensuring road safety, and accommodating various modes of transportation in developments across the city. To address these issues effectively, we are looking to procure a comprehensive traffic modelling solution. Such a solution must provide detailed, microscopic simulations that include pedestrian modelling, allowing for a holistic analysis of traffic flow and interactions between vehicles and pedestrians.
