Tender description
A three year service of an online knowledgebase providing access to standards, publications and other studies and guidelines relating to engineering and construction in a single online source. The service should provide a knowledgebase that includes civil/structural engineering and construction management knowledge for multiple users across the organisation.

Waterways Ireland is a cross-border body and the largest of the six North/South Implementation Bodies. The British-Irish Agreement of 1998 established the body. The Shannon Navigation, Grand Canal, Royal Canal, Barrow Navigation, Erne System and Lower Bann Navigation sit within that remit.
