This specification is for the Lease of fitness equipment in the named, fitness facilities withing the Active Wirral Services. The lease is to be as close to or as reasonably possible to replacement of the equipment already in situ (like for like), replacement items (current) that are outdated or no longer manufactured are to upgraded to items that fit within the Leisure strategy.
