Lot 1: The Learning Disability community service was reprocured in 2024, however this element was omitted and must be reassigned to the correct organisation. The annual service value for this element is £204,300, but this modification is for recurrent funding for the term of the contract. There is an equal reduction in the NCHC contract value to reflect this transfer.
