Window Cleaning for approximately 301 locations. The tenure of these locations are as follows: - Care Homes- 25 - Leasehold Locations- 41 - Rented- 234 - Home Care- 1 (The Laureates) Window cleaning for approximately 301 locations. The tenure of these locations are as follows: - Care Homes- 25 - Leasehold Locations- 41 - Rented- 234 - Home Care- 1 (The Laureates) In scope: All 301 locations, external cleans only, some locations may choose to have internal cleans; these are agreed locally. Cleaning occurs on a 4/6 and 8 weekly cycle- this is determined by the location requirement. Some locations require solar panel cleans, and this will be included as an option, if the location requires it. This will be subject to warranties and any exclusions from the installer. Out of scope: No existing location outside of the 301 to be included for the tender but can be added later if they wish. If a new development is built in this region, there is an option to have this added to the national agreement.
