Provision of Managed ICT Services

Tender description

The Contracting Authority (Special Olympics Ireland (SOI)) is engaging in a competitive process for the establishment of a Services Contract for Managed ICT Services. SOI will appoint the highest ranked Tenderer having regard for the award criteria set out in this RFT. The initial engagement will be for a period of twelve (12) months, with an extension allowable for a two (2) additional periods of twelve (12) months each. In summary, the Contracting Authority seeks tenders for Managed IT Services, covering key areas such as email security, workstation and server management, network device management, and Microsoft 365 licensing. The required services include the maintenance, monitoring, and optimisation of IT infrastructure, with additional support for cybersecurity including threat detection, response, and vulnerability management as well as assistance with compliance obligations and internal/external audits.
