The Value shown in this notice is excluding VAT Lot 1: Lot 1 for 4 classroom modular building and associated infrastructure works East Renfrewshire Council invited tenders, from suitably qualified companies to design, supply and install a new detached modular classroom building within the grounds at Eastwood High School. The bidders were advised that the amount of funding is uncertain at present however it is very likely that there will be sufficient funds for the 3 classroom option. Lot 2 for 3 classroom modular building and associated infrastructure works Each option will have separate tender documents such as a set of Employers Requirements with Preliminaries, Schedule of works, Form of Tender, Outline Specification and set of Tender Drawings. The bidders may choose to price either one Lot or both Lots. Each lot will be separately evaluated for for technical and commercials. However, the Council will only award to one successful supplier on one of the two option Lots dependent on funding approval..
