Tender description

This research project aims to make progress towards a better understanding of actual UK consumer exposure to food additives. The aim is investigation of an approach for estimating exposure to food additives through measurement of biomarkers in biological samples taken as part of the National Diet and Nutrition Survey (NDNS). ## Contract award
