Tender description
SailPoint MOU Update to obtain access to additional technical functions and features. Raised in accordance with MoU v3 (Dec 2023) using Softcat as the approved reseller. MOU v3 announced in July 2025 providing 3 x further years available. MOU V3 for Identity & Access Management is now available to forces, to support with the Sailpoint renewals (via Softcat as the approved partner). MOU version 3, is intended to provide Forces with SailPoint licenses and support for a further 3-year term and transition Police customers to the latest licensing model from SailPoint. This will provide drastically simplified licensing terms and increased functionality to Forces. The MOU will now provide access to “Business Suite” aka “Identity Security Cloud Business (ISCB)” as standard, and therefore no requirement to purchase singular or additional modules.
