Tender description
This is a two stage process and this award is for Stage 1 - PCSA. If a final value can be agreed it will progress to stage 2. Design and construction of a research and innovation centre (Energy Central Campus Institute (ECCI) in Blyth for use by higher education and industry bodies, together with demolition Keel Row Shopping Centre, site preparation, building services and associated external works.
