University of Aberdeen is a Scottish higher education institution that buys through its own Procurement Office. Tenders are advertised through Public Contracts Scotland, with invitation-to-tender exercises run on the PCS-Tender platform. Larger contracts are also published on the UK-wide Find a Tender service. Much of its purchasing also runs through Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges (APUC), the framework body for the Scottish higher education sector.
