About the buyer
British Library is the national library of the UK, a charity, and buys as one of government's agencies and non-departmental public bodies. That framework appoints between one and six suppliers across separate lots for different services. Recent notices have covered a Future Web Programme contract for its digital services. British Library Publishing has separately tendered for sales representation covering London and the South East.
Over the past 5 years, most of British Library's contract awards have been in business services, recreation, culture and sport and IT services.
