The BBC is transforming to become the most agile, data-driven and audience-focused version of itself in our history. As a public service mission-led broadcaster, we’re proud of our legacy of innovation — and committed to evolving in ways that deliver even greater value for all. To support this journey, we’re inviting insights from expert suppliers who’ve helped organisations modernise core business services at pace — especially through cloud, automation, data, and AI. We are seeking expert supplier insights and experience to support how we can strengthen our current capabilities and build new ones across our core business functions. We want to learn from those who’ve navigated digital disruption, built smarter operations, and reimagined services to meet changing audience and workforce needs - using new technology, streamlining processes, and forming new partnerships.  This includes both our existing partners and the wider market. For the avoidance of doubt, any information provided to the BBC in response to this Request for Information (RFI) will be treated as confidential and non-binding. No contract will be awarded as a consequence of this process, however, the BBC may launch a procurement opportunity in the future. THE CONTRACT DATES PROVIDED IN THIS NOTICE ARE ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY. Responding to this RFI is not a prerequisite for participation in a subsequent procurement, nor does it give any advantage in that procurement. The BBC would welcome responses to this RFI in order that the BBC can build an understanding regarding the current and future market and opportunities in relation to our transformation. Our goal: a leaner, smarter BBC — ready to serve the public now and for generations to come.
