EPEC is an evidence-based, peer-led parenting programme designed to support families, especially those from a disadvantaged or socially excluded background in improving parenting skills and child outcomes. These include: Parenting Outcomes • Boosts confidence and skills in parenting • Improves understanding of child behaviour • Enhances communication between parents and children • Reduces stress and isolation among parents Child Outcomes • Fewer behavioural problems • Better emotional regulation • Improved school readiness, especially in younger children Community Outcomes • Builds peer support networks • Develops local parent leaders • Increases engagement with community services ## Contract award
