Warwickshire County Council (the Council) is seeking a 24 Hour Domain Based 'forecaster intervened' winter highways weather forecasting service supplied by an established and recognised weather forecasting company with appropriate skills and resource available to undertake the exacting requirements of Warwickshire County Council.
