Tender description

Tenders are invited by The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the “Council”) from Suppliers appointed to Category 3 – Employability Provision of the EMP with relevant experience and ability for the Skills Bootcamp 2025-26 (Creative) (the “Services”) as detailed in the Further Competition documents. As this is a Further Competition exercise it is essential that any Tenders received are from the same legal entity as appointed to the EMP (i.e. Tenders should not be received from other sub-divisions or trading arms of an organisation). The estimated value of the Services to be awarded is approximately £34,000 per annum. The anticipated commencement date for the Call-off Contract(s) is 1st September 2025. The anticipated expiry date for the Call-off Contract(s) is 31st March 2026 with an option to extend delivery by 12 months subject to the continuation of funding. Contracts in each year. Further details regarding the Services required are set out in the Appendix 1 Specification and in the Call-off Contract.
