Tender description
The expression of interest (EOI) is intended to allow interested organisations to provide information to the Authority without commitment either way. It is not part of a formal procurement process. This is early supplier engagement not a tender. The EOI will consist of interested parties completing a questionnaire. The Authority may consider the responses to inform any subsequent tendering activity.
