On behalf of NHS England (NHSE), North of England Care System Support (NECS) are seeking to engage with potential providers to understand the position of the market and help develop an approach for commissioning a reliable courier service that has the capability to make deliveries and collections across the whole of the UK to both residential and business addresses?
