About the buyer

Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council is a local authority, buying goods, works and services for its own operations and residents. Every tender is advertised on Open, the e-procurement platform that replaced the NEPO Portal. Contract opportunities also appear on the council's own website. Over the past 5 years, most of Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council's contract awards have been in construction work, health and social work and transport equipment.
