Tender description
A Library Needs Assessment must be undertaken to inform any decisions taken about the library service transformation in Peterborough. The needs assessment will provide an evidence base from which it is possible to identify gaps, reallocate resources, and support funding requests, ultimately resulting in long-term savings by enabling a well-planned transformation of the existing library service.
