T130 - Disposal and/or Recycling of Water Treatment Works Residuals

Tender description

This Contract is for the following Services: • Collection, transportation/haulage and final disposal and/or recycling of approximately 25,200 tonnes per annum of residuals/sludge cake from NI Water and NI Water Alpha Water Treatment Works (WTW), as detailed at section 2 of this Specification. • Recycling of residuals/sludge cake, where possible, via a fully compliant environmentally certified recycling route(s) or disposal at a Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) approved and certified Disposal Site.
