Tender description
Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) has awarded a sole supplier to provide a housing related floating support service for older people living in their own homes (whether owner-occupiers, Contract Holders or licensees). The service will be provided across Wrexham County Borough and will support a minimum of 110 householders.
