About the buyer

Natural Resources Wales is a non-departmental public body, and buys through its own NRW Procurement team. Smaller purchases are awarded directly with a written quote, rising to tender as value increases. Framework agreements are available through the National Procurement Service, Crown Commercial Service and the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation. Contract managers and requestors across the organisation raise and manage their own purchases.
