Tender description
2-stage tender process. Once selected, the successful Constructor Partner will become part of the Client's broader 'project team' to take the project forward through 'all-party collaborative engagement' to contract agreement. This will be Stage 2 of the call-off procurement process with the contractor usually appointed through a pre-construction services agreement (PCSA).
