Technical advisory services for monitoring of operation and maintenance activities at the Hanford Energy Recovery Facility. Lot 1: Stoke-on-Trent City Council own the Hanford Energy Recovery Facility (ERF) The Owners Engineer (OE) will support the Council in acting as the client's engineering and construction knowledge team for the Hanford ERF which is under a new operator from 1 April 2025
