Scope of the work includes: The contract will provide for 4 scheduled service visits a year, 3 quarterly, short, services and 1 annual, long, service as stipulated in 918-7120-0425s. This will also cover Q6855-0425s 12 Month Service and Preventive Maintenance Schedule- Any parts or faults for the above quoted separately. Q6844-0125s-Lifting of rotary table, Install Encoder, inspect Hydraulics leaks cause, Replacement of Clamp seals Q6857-0425s-Supply of Replacement Rotary Table Clamps Power pack. Q6846-0125s-New Vertical covers – Supply for Fitting with Ballscrew. Q6853-0425s-Stand-alone Guard interlock system. Q6859-0425s-Replacement of Perimeter hinged flask loading guard with internal Sliding interlocked guard. Q6860-0425s-Gate Access to floor plate. Q6861-0425s-Channel around the floor plates Q6856-0425s - X Axis Backlash Eliminator rebuild.
