LPP Framework - National Digital Structured Education Content & Platform Diabetes- Diabetes for the provision of a universally available national digital structured education service to support children, young people and adults with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. This will be delivered through the procurement of a platform hosting conditional specific content to support self management of the condition.
