The total value of this contract's initial 24 month term is £425,444.04 (ex VAT) The total value of this contract's initial 24 month term is £425,444.04 (inc VAT) There are no extensions available Provision of safe accommodation and support services for individuals and families affected by domestic abuse, commissioned by Bath & North East Somerset Council. The two-year contract includes refuge provision, crisis support, move-on assistance, and partnership working to improve outcomes for survivors. It includes landlord break clauses at 12 and 18 months to allow for flexibility should alternative premises be secured during the contract period.
