Tender description
A suitable provider or providers are required to deliver a care and support services within two Extra Care accommodations in North Lincolnshire including a 24/7 safe and well service available to all tenants, providing unplanned care and support staffed by an on-site staff team. In addition, assessed care will be provided based on need. The procurement opportunity will be offered in two Lots.
