Tender description
Provision of support to those living with dementia and their families/carers is recommended in NICE’s Quality Standards for Dementia (QS184). It also contributes to the outcomes desired in Merton’s Health and Wellbeing Strategy, the ASC Vision and Strategy: Living Well in Merton 2024-26 and complements the work of Merton’s Dementia Action Alliance.
