Tender description

Award of a Call off Contract Under Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for a Bicycle Maintenance course for Prisoners at HMP Bullingdon. The Scope is to set-up and run a bicycle workshop inside the prison and train prisoners as accredited Cycle Mechanics, whilst they refurbish broken bikes for the benefit of the community.
