Tender description
Contract for the Hostel Building Refurbishment works to Willow Lodge Hostel N16 0QS premises to the Principal Consultant for a percentage fee of 5.7% or a minimum contract value of £62,700. The Consultant will provide the services of Building Surveying, Project Management, Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Engineering to provide a feasibility study and performance specification, Principal Designer Services under the CDM Regulation 2015.
