Tender description
Wokingham Borough Council is looking to engage with the market to discuss a future opportunity relating to providing school meals and kitchen maintenance. The current school's catering contract ceases at the end of the Summer term in July 2025. Therefore, this event intends to provide school staff information about school meals and kitchen maintenance opportunities to have a school meal offer from September 2025. Wokingham Borough Council procurement team are facilitating the event and is seeking suppliers to work directly with schools who can meet these service delivery timescales. Lot 1: We will be looking to have individual meetings with interested suppliers via MS Teams. Specific agenda and scope will be provided prior to the date of the meetings. Sessions will take place on the 4th and 5th of February 2025 and will cover the following topics: school meals provision options Kitchen Maintenance, Equipment Testing, Equipment Replacement and Maintenance If you are interested in discussing the above with us, please express interest by 16/01/2025 2:00 PM via the Messaging function of ProContract, providing the following details: - company name - point of contact - names and email addresses for all attendees
