Consultancy services to undertake preliminary and detailed design of phases 1-3 of the Active Travel scheme: City Centre to Childwall Corridor.\r \r Proposed improvements include:\r • Upgrades to footways to improve surfacing and provide pedestrian priority across side roads\r • New crossing facilities to remove barriers to movement\r • Consistent treatment for cycle lanes and their interaction with bus stops\r • Carriageway resurfacing, including drainage and street lighting improvements
